  • A: Our detailing services are a much more comprehensive and meticulous process. Even our maintenance details offer a deeper clean!

    Detailing goes far beyond a standard wash to deep clean, rejuvenate, and protect both the interior and exterior of your vehicle. The goal is to bring your car to its best possible condition, often making it look and feel like new.

    Services may include:

    Exterior: Chemical/mechanical paint decontamination (to remove embedded grit), paint correction (polishing to remove fine scratches and swirl marks), and applying protective layers like wax, sealants, or ceramic coatings.

    Interior: Deep vacuuming, steam cleaning, shampooing carpets and seats, conditioning leather, and cleaning all surfaces meticulously.

  • A: It depends on the type of detail package and add-ons that you choose. See the estimated service times in our scheduling page.

  • A: Yes, for now, we'll need to use your water spigot and power supply to complete our services. We're actively working on setting up equipment that will soon enable us to operate with our own power and water sources.

  • A: It's ideal if you can be at the location, but we understand that's not always possible. We can easily coordinate everything by phone, using text and calls. If you plan to be away, just let us know where you've securely left the keys and where you want us to leave it.

  • A: If bad weather prevents us from providing our service, we're happy to reschedule you for another day at no additional charge.

  • A: To prepare for your detail, please remove any valuable items or personal belongings you wouldn't want misplaced or thrown away. Our team will clear out evident trash. However, to ensure none of your important possessions are accidentally discarded, it's best to remove them beforehand. Any items that appear to be significant (such as receipts, correspondence, loose change, vehicle registration, or insurance documents) will be safely stored during the service and then returned to their original location.

  • A: Our goal is for you to relax as much as possible during your detail. We kindly ask that you monitor for any communications from your detailer regarding the service. Please note that there are a few forms to be completed prior to the start of your detail and after its completion. These can be filled out either in person or remotely.

  • A: If you are interested in detailing your RV, Boat, Aircraft, Motorcycle, Off-Road Vehicle, Heavy Equipment/Large Commercial Truck, please contact us here to see if we are able to service your vehicle.

  • A: We proudly serve the Phoenix East Valley communities of Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and Ahwatukee. If your city isn't listed, don't hesitate to call us – we'll see if we can come to you!

  • A: For your peace of mind, Reset Factory Detail Co. is fully insured. This primarily includes General Liability insurance, which covers accidental damage to your property while we're working on-site. Importantly, we also carry specialized Garagekeepers insurance to protect your vehicle itself while it's in our care, custody, and control during the detailing service."

  • A: Need to change your appointment? Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Late notifications may be subject to fees.
