Our Waiting Fee policy is in place to ensure we can respect the time of all our customers and maintain an efficient schedule. Customer-caused delays can have a cascading effect on later appointments throughout the day.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee, we require at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another customer.

Your cooperation is essential for us to perform our services effectively. If we must cancel your appointment upon arrival because essential prerequisites are not met by you, a $75.00 Cancellation Fee will apply. This includes situations such as:
Failure to provide timely access to your vehicle (e.g., delays exceeding 45 minutes after our technician's arrival that disrupt schedules).
Failure to provide access to a functional water spigot and electrical outlet at the service location (as required and confirmed at booking).
If the service location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable by our technicians.
If the service location’s security, HOA, or other property management demands us to halt services or asks us to leave.

A "no-show" occurs if you are not present, the vehicle/keys are not accessible, or we cannot access the property/utilities at the scheduled appointment time (considering our arrival window and your punctuality obligations).
In the event of a no-show, the appointment will be cancelled, and the $75.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged.

Operational Reasons: If unforeseen circumstances on our end (like staffing issues or equipment failure) require us to change your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible to find a new suitable time. You will not be charged any fee in this situation.
Unsafe Weather: If weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, high winds) are unsafe for detailing, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment. No fee will be charged to you for weather-related rescheduling initiated by us for safety reasons.

If we deem weather conditions unsafe, we will reschedule with you at no cost.
Please be aware that some treatments (like waxes or ceramic coatings) have optimal application conditions regarding temperature and humidity. If conditions are safe but not optimal, we may advise rescheduling for best results. If you choose to proceed against our advice, we cannot guarantee the standard quality or longevity for those specific treatments.
If you wish to reschedule due to your own weather concerns (even if we deem conditions workable), our standard 24-hour notice policy applies. To avoid the $75.00 fee, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice.
Are a "no-show" for your appointment.
Force us to cancel upon arrival due to no vehicle/utility access or an unsafe/unsuitable location per out Terms & Conditions.
After a 15-minute grace period upon our arrival, a $25 fee applies for each additional 15-minute interval we wait for vehicle or utility access. Extended waiting (e.g., over 45 mins) may convert to a cancellation with the $75 fee

At Reset Factory Detail Co. LLC, we schedule our appointments carefully to provide timely and efficient service to all our valued clients. Your punctuality and readiness for your appointment are greatly appreciated and help us maintain our schedule for everyone.

Grace Period: Our technicians will wait for a grace period of up to 15 minutes after their arrival at your scheduled Service Location for you to provide access to your Vehicle and any necessary utilities (water spigot and electrical outlet, as confirmed during booking).
Waiting Fee: If our technician is required to wait beyond this initial 15-minute grace period, a Waiting Fee of $25.00 per 15-minute interval (or any portion of a 15-minute interval) may be applied. This fee compensates for our technician's non-productive time while waiting.

If the delay caused by the Customer exceeds 45 minutes from our technician's arrival, or if the delay will significantly disrupt our schedule for subsequent appointments, Reset Factory Detail Co. LLC reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
In such cases of cancellation due to extended customer delay, a fee equivalent to our standard $75.00 Cancellation Fee may be charged.

If you anticipate any delay in being available at your scheduled appointment time, please provide proactive communication to us as soon as possible by calling 480-256-8311. Depending on the circumstances and our schedule, we may be able to make adjustments without penalty, at our discretion.
